Good health was never one thing.
It is made of seven pillars. Most of us were handed one and asked to stand a whole house on it. That is why nothing lasted. It was never your fault.
What You Eat
The material your body is rebuilt from.
Activity and Movement
Muscle is independence. A body that moves, lives.
How You Eat
The hour, the order, the speed and the calm.
Sleep
The hours when the body repairs what the day used up.
Emotions and the Mind
What worry does to the shoulders, the stomach and the night.
Environment
The home, the kitchen and the people around you.
Massage
Your own hands, on your own body.
And your gut
The thread through all seven. Every one of them arrives there.
In their words
There are hands that simply touch, and there are hands that heal. Yours belong to the latter. Every session leaves my body lighter, my inflammation eased, and my mind quieter than before I walked in.
The stress of daily life seems to dissolve under your care, and sleep comes to me deeper and more restful in the days that follow. What you offer isn't just massage; it's a language of care that the body understands before the mind does.
I count myself truly blessed to be known by hands as skilled and intuitive as yours.
Before I started yoga with you, I was a complete workout fanatic. I lived under the stubborn belief that a workout only counted if it was high-intensity, punishing, and burned maximum calories, even when it meant pushing through injuries.
Joining your sessions completely transformed my entire perspective. You didn't just introduce me to a whole new way of moving that brought flexibility to my body; you showed me the healing power of conscious physical awareness. During your sessions, my body finally stopped fighting itself and learned to release. Afterward, the shift was profound: the constant physical tension melted away, my sleep grew much deeper, and that old, injury-prone strain was replaced by a deep sense of inner calm and peace.
For a woman's body, touch, massage, and mindful movement matter so deeply because they teach us to stop treating our bodies like machines to be punished, and start treating them like vessels to be nourished. Thank you for helping me find that peace. You are not just my yoga trainer but a friend for life.
Tasneem's approach to wellness is truly holistic. Whether it is yoga, pranayama, or massage, her sessions have been extremely beneficial for me.
One thing I have realised with her methods is that they usually don't feel easy or comfortable at first. Both the yoga and the massages feel challenging initially. But as you continue, the body gradually gets accustomed to them, and that is when you really begin to experience the benefits.
Her massage work, in particular, leaves the body feeling relaxed, lighter, and rejuvenated. Combined with yoga and pranayama, I have found her approach very effective for overall physical and mental well-being.
Tasneem genuinely feels responsible for her students' well-being and tries to take care of them as best as she can. That's precisely what keeps us motivated to go further and remain committed to the process.
Four simple steps.
A call
Twenty minutes to tell Tasneem about your body, your day and what you want.
A first session
At your home. She sees how you move, sit, breathe and live.
Your plan
Practice, food and habits, built for you. Never a copy of someone else's.
Keep going
Week by week, adjusted as your body changes. One small step at a time.
Twenty minutes, to begin.
Tell Tasneem where you are and what you want. She will tell you honestly what it will take. Nothing is decided on the call.
